Palacio Mexicano

It was a good get away weekend for 5 adults. Positive: The location to downtown was very good, it met our needs for the weekend. The shower was awesome Negative: One rule of the house was to repsect quiet time (through the night). The other tenant staying upstairs did not reqpest that and we did not get a restful sleep during one of the night stay.

I will definitely return to that property Positive: The decoration was thoughtful, the appliances brand new , the beds very comfortable, clean… I really liked it

Our visit to Detroit was so enjoyable due to the great place that we stayed. Positive: Clean. Comfortable. Solid neighborhood. Very responsive owner. We will stay here again. Negative: Nothing. Not one complaint.

It wasn’t no heat there and I had my kids. tried to talk to the owner about it he was rude and never figured out the pro Positive: Location Negative: It wasn’t no heat there and I had my kids. tried to talk to the owner about it he was rude and never figured out the problem with no heat it was cold in the whole house had to turn the stove on to try and heat the house up. He was very rude!!!!!

Bring a fan and don't hire this contractor again Positive: Inexpensive, plenty of sleep space, close to downtown Negative: Bedrooms were very quiet (would've liked a fan), renovations were very shoddy, floor had concerning soft spots, neighborhood was littered with liquor bottles, could hear every footstep and movement from upstairs guests through the ceiling.
