Positive: Complete beautiful kitchen, with some needed supplies included.
Cause I forgot some.
Washer and dryer a great plus.
Grandsons loved the comfortable beds.
Negative: The occasional raucous noise from another tenant.
Of course it's not my owners fault.
They obviously didn't read the "Be courteous to others" sign.
