North End Treasure. Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment

Love my stay, would stay again! Positive: Charming place, great location Negative: You can hear the other apartments

Positive: L'appartamento è molto carino ed è stato rinnovato e organizzato molto bene per renderlo accogliente. Spazi molto ampi e letti molto comodi. Ottima la macchina del caffè per fare colazione la mattina. Possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto nel vialetto o nei posti riservati. Negative: La chiusura con codice della porta esterna è molto poco agevole, all'inizio non riuscivamo a richiuderla. Le camere da letto si trovano al piano superiore, mentre il bagno è al piano terra, è bene saperlo perché durante la notte è scomodo scendere al piano inferiore (le scale essendo di legno e antiche sono molto rumorose, oltre che ripide). La casa è antica e lo sapevamo, tuttavia a prima vista dall'esterno non ci ha fatto una bella impressione. Una volta all'interno però abbiamo trovato l'appartamento molto confortevole e ben organizzato. L'area in cui si trova invece non ci è piaciuta affatto, non ci sentivamo rilassati, piuttosto trascurata.

Positive: Great location--was a couple of miles from where we needed to be that weekend. The neighborhood's really quiet, and has a couple of coffee shops less than a 10 minute walk from the apartment. The beds were the highlight, so comfy, it made getting up a struggle! The kitchen had everything we needed, as did the bathroom. Negative: Considering it's an older property, sound definitely travels. You can hear if other guests are staying in the other apartments in the building.

My stay was peaceful and pleasant Positive: The apartment was charming and the bed was so comfortable. It was peaceful and enjoyable.

Amazing house, perfect host but not so great impression of neighbourhood Positive: Overall it was amazing, great communication with the host and house had everything you need. Also private parking in the back was really appreciated. We loved how host was able to renovate house which is more than 100y old and still it kept its old magic. Negative: Pretty much only thing we did not entirely liked was the feeling and atmosphere of the neighbourhood. BUT we had no problems with anyone or anything, it was just showing how Detroit as a city fell from golden ages
