Positive: The neighborhood is very quiet, and street parking was a plus. However, if you have the back unit, there is excessive mud in the back, so once you get out the vehicle, whatever shoes you have on will need to have the mud cleaned off. Also, there was dog poop on the ground. The apartment was clean, cozy, but the floors are thin, so any walking during the early morning will cause a noise complaint from whoever is on the bottom floor, even if you are a light walker. There is a no noise policy between certain hours, so if you have to get up early for meetings, there may be a noise issue complaint, again, even if you are a light walker, the floors are thin. Lastly, inside the building, I didn’t feel like the rooms were properly secured as the latch was visible and one could see inside the other apartments due to poor installation of the doors. There are security cameras outside, and the outside door is code locked, but once inside, the apartments are not safely secured. Overall, the landlord was polite, prompt, and understanding.
