Positive: The place is secured and clean
The building is old but renovated.
The owner is helpful and respectful
There is a parking slot in the backyard of the building
There is a camera in the front of the building and in-front of the studio controlled by the owner for safety.
Negative: The neighborhood is a little dark and creepy at night. Couple of empty hunted buildings around.
It is an attic room in the second floor and the door opens to more stairs to the studio. So consider carrying the luggage all the way up.
