Stately Studio Apartment

Positive: I used apt. No. For two nights, the apt was clean and nice, but I couldn’t sleep the first night due to the neighbour noise till after the midnight, , I knew it’s not the management mistake , but that what happened, thank you Negative: The apt was clean

Everyone was smooth and easy. The stay was comfortable and everything was clean. Thank you!

Positive: The best part is the bed and the cover. I actually slept 8 hours when normally 6 hours and I didn't wake up with my body hurting. The whole place is comfortable and relaxing. The host was wonderful. I would stay again. Negative: Nothing.

The place was pretty clean, however the Keurig did not look clean at all so I could not use it and also there was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom. My check in was delayed by a couple hours because I couldn't get a hold of the host and when I did, they mentioned that they prefer to call instead of text which is fine but I wish I knew beforehand. There was also no information regarding parking so I parked on the street the first day but there are spots behind the place. The main issue I had was the noise at night. The listing does mention it but it was not what I expected at all. You can hear every single thing with the neighbors, every step, every word, including them snoring at night!

10/10 Positive: It’s as exactly as described, it’s a beautiful space, very clean, have everything you need in your room and it’s in a nice, quiet neighbourhood. I loved how everything was keyless and that if I had any questions the property manager messaged me back immediately. It was my first time in Detroit as I did a solo trip, I’d definitely rebook again when I come back. Negative: Nothing! Well, maybe fluffier pillows but that’s it!
